Motion overlay function demonstration and explanation:
● High-precision master-slave following performance, integrated drive and control without the need for upper-level control, and slave axis motion superposition function.
● The slave axis follows the spindle, with positioning commands superimposed in between, accelerating from the first synchronization point [point A] to the second synchronization point [point B].
VMMORE's integrated intelligent servo drive and control system has a built-in motion overlay function, which can overlay various positioning commands during synchronization and cam operation.

High-speed positioning & end-effector jitter suppression demonstration:
● The high-speed positioning uses optimized acceleration and deceleration curves, achieving 400 high-speed positioning operations per minute, while also featuring end-effector jitter suppression.
● When connected to a flexible load, strong vibrations will occur at the end of the servo system during high-speed positioning, which will seriously affect the trajectory tracking and positioning performance of the servo system. The VMMORE servo system has a built-in end jitter suppression function, which can effectively suppress end jitter and thus improve the steady-state accuracy of the servo system.
