When operating an automated CNC lathe, certain procedures should be followed.
1. Operators must be familiar with the lathe's instruction manual and its general performance and structure, and are strictly prohibited from using it beyond its performance limits.
2. Before starting the machine, check whether all parts of the machine tool are complete and in normal condition according to the equipment inspection card, and whether the safety protection devices of the automated CNC lathe are secure.
3. Add oil according to the lubrication chart. Check the oil level, quantity, quality, and oil lines to ensure they are normal. Keep the lubrication system clean and do not leave the oil tank or oil port open.
4. Operators must strictly follow the operating procedures of automated CNC lathes. No other personnel may operate the machine without the operator's consent.
5. When pressing each key, apply moderate force. Do not strike the keyboard, keys, or display screen forcefully.
6. It is strictly forbidden to strike the center rest, center, tool holder, or guide rail.
7. If the lathe malfunctions or exhibits abnormal behavior, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
8. The machine should be stopped when the operator leaves the machine tool, changes the speed, changes the cutting tool, measures dimensions, or adjusts the workpiece.
9. After finishing work, return all parts of the lathe to their original state and disconnect the power supply.
10. Properly store machine tool accessories and keep the machine tool clean and in good condition.
11. Perform thorough cleaning of machine tools, maintain cleanliness, and strictly adhere to shift handover procedures.
