1. The German Böhler solenoid valve does not work after being energized.

Impurities may cause the main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve to become stuck. Clean the valve; if the seal is damaged, replace the seal and install a filter.
Liquid viscosity too high, frequency too high, or product lifespan expired → Replace the product.
II. German Baode solenoid valve cannot be closed.
The seals on the main valve core or the moving core are damaged → Replace the seals.
Is the fluid temperature or viscosity too high? → Replace the appropriate solenoid valve.
If impurities enter the solenoid valve core or moving iron core, cleaning is required.
Spring has reached the end of its lifespan or is deformed → Replace
Clogged throttle orifice or balance orifice → Clean promptly
Too high operating frequency or product has reached the end of its lifespan → Select a different product or replace the old one.
III. Other situations involving German Böhler solenoid valves
Internal leakage → Check for damaged seals and improper spring assembly.
External leakage → Loose connections or damaged seals → Tighten screws or replace seals
Noise during power-on → Loose fasteners on the connector; tighten them. Voltage fluctuations are outside the allowable range; adjust the voltage. Impurities or unevenness on the core's contact surface; clean promptly.
