Overview
The CV series industrial computer-integrated motion controller combines an industrial computer, motion controller, and light source controller. This motion controller provides common computer interfaces, an EtherCAT bus-type motion control interface, and four-way light source control interfaces. While achieving high-performance, high-precision multi-axis motion control, it also has the functions of a general-purpose computer.
CV Series Integrated Controller
The CV series industrial PC-integrated motion controller performs motion planning using DSP and FPGA. It supports point-to-point and continuous trajectory, multi-axis synchronization, and motion modes such as linear, circular, spiral, and spatial linear interpolation. This motion controller allows for freely set acceleration/deceleration and S-curve smoothing.
These parameters assist users in designing motion plans best suited to the mechanical structure. Simultaneously, the controller supports four light source control interfaces with a maximum current of 1A, external triggering functionality, and a built-in 8-input 8-output isolated DIO. Through the provided library files in development environments such as VC, VB, and C#, users can easily program the controller to build automated control systems, making it an ideal solution for motion control and vision integration applications.
