The spiral oscillation welding method also benefits from this, proving very convenient to apply and producing excellent welding results. Currently, this method is mainly applicable to radiators, compressors, and new energy vehicle cover plates, suitable for medium-thickness plates of 3-6mm. Welding setup is easy; in addition to basic current, voltage, and speed, adjustments to the oscillation frequency and amplitude are required based on the actual workpiece.

Calling methods
To activate the GP5 helical oscillation: Turn it on via the WAVESPRL-ON command in the motion assistance menu, and add the command after the welding conditions. Adjust the oscillation frequency, center rate, and radius through the adjustment windows for frequency and angle.
