1. Preparations before driving

Combine the knife switches and automatic switches in the auxiliary power cabinet.

The high-voltage frequency converter allows the high-voltage power supply on the high-voltage cabinet to be connected when the high voltage is switched on.

Set the master controller handle to the zero position, the working handbrake to the full-engage position, and the overwind reset switch to the working position. At this point, if there is no fault in the safety circuit, the safety circuit indicator light and the software safety circuit indicator light will illuminate, and the zero-position indicator light on the control panel will also illuminate. This completes the pre-start preparations.

2. Start-up acceleration—constant speed operation—deceleration—creeping—stop

The driver completes the pre-drive preparations and waits for the start signal.

driving signal

After the wellhead signalman issues the start-up signal, the operator starts the lubrication pump and hydraulic pump, and activates the frequency converter. At this time, the hydraulic station indicator light, lubrication station indicator light, start-up permission indicator light, and start-up signal indicator light on the control panel illuminate.

3. Direction selection

Direction selection is automatically determined by the parking switch.

When the container is in the well, the driver manually selects the direction.

The system automatically selects the direction when the driving signal arrives.

Once a direction is determined, it has a memory function.

4. Manual driving

The driver switches the driving mode to manual mode, and the manual indicator light illuminates.

Upon receiving the start signal, when the driver pushes the master controller forward or pulls it backward in the correct direction, the corresponding sensors on the master controller activate, the frequency converter starts working, the working brake relay engages, the working brake controller is energized, and as the working brake handle is pushed forward, the adjustable brake current gradually increases, causing the hoist to release the brake. Simultaneously, the hoist begins to accelerate.

The master handle can control the speed.

When the hoist reaches the deceleration point, the deceleration switch activates, and the deceleration indicator light on the control panel illuminates. The hoist automatically decelerates to the crawling speed. If the operator wishes to manually reduce the crawling speed, they can slowly retract the master control handle to decrease the speed setpoint.

When the hoist container reaches the lifting position, the stop switch activates, and the hoist automatically stops. At this time, the operator pulls the master control handle and the working brake handle to the zero position, preparing for the hoist to automatically switch. When the signalman issues the start signal again, the electrical control system automatically determines the starting direction based on the signal.

5. Semi-automatic driving

The driver switches the driving mode to semi-automatic mode, and the semi-automatic indicator light illuminates.

The driver places the master control handle and the working brake handle to the zero position, and the zero position interlock indicator light illuminates. After the start signal arrives, the driver manually selects the forward or reverse direction, the converter starts working, the working brake relay engages, the adjustable brake current gradually increases, and the hoist releases the brake. At the same time, the hoist starts to accelerate.

When the hoist reaches the deceleration point, the deceleration switch activates, and the deceleration indicator light on the control panel illuminates. The hoist automatically decelerates to the crawling speed.

When the container of the hoist reaches the lifting position, the stop switch is activated, the hoist stops automatically, and the direction is reversed automatically.

If the driver wishes to stop the elevator midway, he can pull the master control handle or the working brake handle to the zero position or press the stop button, and the elevator will automatically decelerate and stop.

6. Fully automatic start-up (especially suitable for high-production main well systems)

The driver switches the driving mode to fully automatic mode, and the fully automatic indicator light illuminates.

The operator places the master control handle and the working brake handle to the zero position, the zero position interlock indicator light illuminates, and the loading/unloading system automatically transmits the start-up command to the signal system. After confirmation, the signal system automatically sends a start-up signal. The hoist's main control system automatically determines the starting direction based on the start-up signal, the frequency converter starts working, the working brake relay engages, the adjustable brake current gradually increases, and the hoist releases the brake. At the same time, the hoist begins to accelerate.

When the hoist reaches the deceleration point, the deceleration switch activates, and the deceleration indicator light on the control panel illuminates. The hoist automatically decelerates to the crawling speed.

When the container of the hoist reaches the lifting position, the stop switch is activated, the hoist stops automatically, and automatically reverses direction, waiting for the next start signal.

If the driver wishes to stop the elevator midway, he can pull the master control handle or the working brake handle to the zero position or press the stop button, and the elevator will automatically decelerate and stop.

7. Inspection and start-up

The driver switches the driving mode selection switch to maintenance mode, and the maintenance indicator light illuminates. Other operations are the same as in manual mode.

8. Overhaul the hydraulic station

First, shut off the hydraulic throttle of the disc brake.

The driver switches the driving mode to maintenance mode, and the maintenance indicator light illuminates. At the same time, the driver switches the hydraulic station to maintenance mode, and the hydraulic station indicator light illuminates. The driver then starts the hydraulic station and pushes the working brake handle forward. At this time, the hydraulic station oil pressure will increase accordingly.

Note: The main motor and drum must not be rotated during hydraulic station maintenance. The system will automatically detect the hoist's operating speed and will immediately disconnect the safety circuit once speed is detected.

9. Emergency Braking

In the event of a major system malfunction, the system will automatically apply emergency braking. Braking methods include single-stage braking, two-stage braking, or constant deceleration braking (optional). In case of emergency, the operator can also apply emergency braking to the hoist by pressing the emergency stop switch on the control panel.

10. Start-up due to malfunction

Select the fault start-up switch on the control panel to choose the fault start-up mode. After the safety circuit is closed, start the hydraulic station, lubrication station, and main fan, and start the frequency converter. Switch the fault direction switch to select the fault start-up direction (forward or reverse start-up). After the motor current rises, manually control the adjustable brake current with the forward push brake handle, and the hoist will run at a fixed speed. This mode does not require a start-up signal, does not require selection of the start-up direction, and the hoist will not stop automatically.

Note: It cannot be guaranteed that all safety protections will be activated at this time. Follow the operating sequence to perform the start-up procedure.

11. Rope Adjustment Operation

11.1 Turn the "Work/Rope Adjustment" switch on the control panel to the rope adjustment state and disconnect the power to the safety circuit.

11.2 Select the maintenance start-up mode and maintenance hydraulic station mode, start the hydraulic pump, and operate the brake handle to increase the oil pressure.

11.3 Turn on the "Clutch Open" switch on the control panel, and the clutch will begin to open. When the clutch is fully open, the "Clutch Open" indicator light on the control panel will illuminate.

11.4 Once the clutch is fully disengaged, pull the brake lever to the engaged position.

11.5 Turn on the "Rope Adjustment Interlock" switch on the control panel to energize the safety circuit, switch the maintenance hydraulic station to the normal position, lock the floating drum, start the engine in the normal manner, and stop the engine when the lifting container on the fixed drum reaches the required position.

11.6 Disconnect the "Rope Adjustment Interlock" switch on the control panel to cut off the safety circuit, putting the fixed drum in a fully engaged state. Disconnect the "Clutch Off" switch to cut off the pressure oil circuit to the clutch.

11.7 Select the maintenance start-up and maintenance hydraulic station modes, start the hydraulic pump, and operate the brake handle to increase the oil pressure. Close the "clutch off" switch on the control panel, push the brake handle to the released position, and the rope adjustment process is complete when the clutch is fully engaged.

11.8 Push the brake handle to the tight brake position, restore the rope adjustment switch, driving mode switch, and maintenance hydraulic station switch on the control panel to their normal positions, and disconnect the "clutch open" switch on the control panel.
