Abstract: Taking the non-salient pole permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) as an example, based on the field-circuit combined method, a detailed two-dimensional steady-state field and performance calculation formula is given, which well considers the structural characteristics, harmonics, longitudinal edge effects and current asymmetry. It provides a more accurate research method for the design and analysis of PMLSM. It will be a major transformation of traditional rotating electric motor-driven vertical transportation systems. Due to its significant theoretical research value and very attractive application prospects, it has received increasing attention. It mainly includes applications in two areas: high-rise building elevators and mine hoisting systems.
