In order to improve the product grade of Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. and enhance the competitiveness and added value of the company's products, Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. has successfully built a 750t/a island-type composite ultrafine fiber unit at the Yizheng Chemical Fiber Research Institute. The unit is currently operating stably. The DCS control system of this unit adopts the Zhejiang University Control JX-300X system, and all drive frequency converters are Fuji frequency converters. In order to meet the process requirements and facilitate the operators to set and monitor the operating parameters of all moving equipment, the DCS system and the frequency converters are connected in this unit, which greatly enhances the role of the DCS system. 1 Hardware Connection The hardware connection diagram of the system is shown in Figure 1. Its function is to connect third-party devices (PLC or instruments, etc.) into the JX-300X DCS system according to their communication protocols, making it a node in the DCS system network.
