Abstract: During the cold chain storage and transportation of biological products such as vaccines and bacterial vaccines from the finished product warehouse of pharmaceutical factories to the relevant populations for vaccination, monitoring and recording the ambient temperature can confirm their quality and ensure the effectiveness of immunization. Intelligent temperature recorders conveniently and reliably solve this problem. 1. Overview: Monitoring and management of the cold chain system is a crucial link in ensuring the quality of vaccines and bacterial vaccines and carrying out planned immunization work. Previously, due to limitations in technology and financial resources, there was a lack of equipment for convenient and effective monitoring of the cold chain in complex environments such as vaccine transportation and storage. Therefore, there was a lack of supervision and judgment regarding violations such as storing and transporting bacteria and vaccines at room temperature and using expired bacteria and vaccines for vaccination. The intelligent temperature recorder developed by Zhejiang University fills this gap. Different vaccines and bacterial vaccines have different requirements for storage and transportation ambient temperature. To ensure the safety of bacteria and vaccines during storage and transportation, it is necessary to monitor and record the ambient temperature throughout the entire process, and this monitoring and recording should be fully automated, free from any human factors, to improve the reliability of the data. Since 1999, Apresys, Inc. has been dedicated to developing and manufacturing high-quality portable testing instruments, such as disposable graphical temperature loggers, digital temperature and humidity loggers, and temperature and humidity loggers with printers for monitoring temperature and humidity. We also provide excellent cold chain management solutions. Furthermore, we have developed high-quality long-range laser rangefinders and ultrasonic rangefinders. Our products and services are trusted by companies of all sizes worldwide! Apresys also offers the TempTrak® brand series, including cold chain management solutions for recording the storage and transportation temperatures of food, and can also be used to record ambient temperatures in the following situations: pharmaceuticals, chemicals, refrigerated temperature-sensitive daily necessities, and air and sea cargo containers. With increasingly stringent requirements for food quality, the "monitoring" role of temperature loggers is indispensable. Apresys also designs and manufactures improved laser rangefinders and velocimeters. At Apresys, you can be confident that our products are the highest quality measuring instruments! Recommended Uses and Scope of Application: The 176-T1 portable single-temperature data logger is a series of data loggers specifically designed for ultra-low power consumption and ultra-long-term temperature data recording. This product can periodically collect and record temperature parameters according to configured time intervals, and can transmit the collected data to a computer for processing and graphing. It is widely used in agricultural laboratories, industry, environmental protection, public health and epidemic prevention, warehousing and transportation, museums, greenhouses, and other fields. This product adopts low-power technology, requires no external power supply, is compact, has low overall power consumption, high accuracy, and can operate continuously for more than three years. Powerful Data Processing Capabilities: The 176-T1 portable single-temperature data logger is equipped with matching recorded data analysis and processing software (provided free of charge, with free lifetime upgrades), using a popular Windows interface. Users can easily set the working status of the portable data logger, read historical data, and read the current measurement parameters of connected loggers. Historical data can be output in text or Excel format, and processed using Microsoft Excel to create line graphs, pie charts, and perform curve fitting, etc. Temperature measurement range: –40℃ to 100℃; Accuracy: +/- 0.5℃; Resolution: 0.1℃; Temperature probe: Pt1000; Recording capacity: 30,000 records; Recording time interval: 1s to 24 hours; Recording delay time: 1s to 24 hours; Communication interface: RS232 (RS232 to USB); Battery life: 3 years; Recording channel 1: Channel title: 911 Experimental Full Process Indoor Temperature and Humidity Recording; Number of enabled channels: 2; Data length: 32; Start time: 2007-05-11 16:28:58; Stop time: 2007-05-11 16:31:33; Channel 1, Channel name: Temperature, Unit: ℃, Maximum value: 30.97, Minimum value: 29.31, Average value: 30.26; Channel 2, Channel name: Humidity, Unit: %RH, Maximum value: 77.37, Minimum value: 49.82, Average value: 60.28 Serial Number Time Temperature (°C) Humidity (%RH) 1 2007-05-11 16:28:58 29.31 53.96 2 2007-05-11 16:29:03 29.39 53.58 3 2007-05-11 16:29:08 29.47 58.46 4 2007-05-11 16:29:13 29.47 70.54 5 2007-05-11 16:29:18 29.68 75.09 6 2007-05-11 16:29:23 29.75 77.37 7 2007-05-11 16:29:28 29.68 67.79 8 2007-05-11 16:29:33 29.75 69.14 9 2007-05-11 16:29:38 29.83 68.94 10 2007-05-11 16:29:43 29.83 68.32 11 2007-05-11 16:29:48 29.91 67.38 12 2007-05-11 16:29:53 29.99 64.96 13 2007-05-11 16:29:58 29.99 63.35 14 2007-05-11 16:30:03 30.07 60.18 15 2007-05-11 16:30:08 30.07 55.11 16 2007-05-11 16:30:13 30.22 59.42 17 2007-05-11 16:30:18 30.30 62.93 18 2007-05-11 16:30:23 30.35 68.30 19 2007-05-11 16:30:28 30.35 69.23 20 2007-05-11 16:30:33 30.43 61.06 21 2007-05-11 16:30:38 30.66 55.16 22 2007-05-11 16:30:43 30.74 53.98 23 2007-05-11 16:30:48 30.82 57.86 24 2007-05-11 16:30:53 30.82 52.92 25 2007-05-11 16:30:58 30.90 54.58 26 2007-05-11 16:31:03 30.90 54.27 27 2007-05-11 16:31:08 30.90 52.11 28 2007-05-11 16:31:13 30.97 50.68 29 2007-05-11 16:31:18 30.97 51.42 30 2007-05-11 16:31:23 30.97 51.05 31 2007-05-11 16:31:28 30.97 49.94 32 2007-05-11 16:31:33 30.97 49.82 ……
